Founder & UK University Admissions Advisor

With over two decades of experience in UK education and sixth form leadership, Marsha Gayle has supported hundreds of students through the university admissions process, including applications to highly competitive UK universities.

As an experienced Head of Year within a UK Sixth Form setting, she has worked extensively with students navigating UCAS applications across a wide range of disciplines, including Medicine, Law, Oxbridge and other selective undergraduate pathways. Her work has involved not only application guidance, but also the broader academic, pastoral and strategic support required to help students present themselves strongly within an increasingly competitive admissions landscape.

Gayle Global Admissions was established to provide international students and families with the kind of thoughtful, personalised guidance that is often difficult to access through larger, volume-driven consultancy models. The advisory operates on a deliberately selective basis, allowing each student to receive highly tailored support grounded in genuine educational experience and a nuanced understanding of the UK admissions system.

The consultancy supports ambitious international applicants seeking strategic guidance through every stage of the UK university application journey — from university selection and application positioning to personal statements, admissions preparation and broader application strategy.

Known for a calm, strategic and highly personalised approach, Marsha works closely with students and families who value clarity, discretion and informed guidance throughout the admissions process

Our Approach

UK university admissions is not a transactional process. It is an evaluative one.

Successful applications depend on:

Academic coherence

Course suitability

Evidence of intellectual maturity

An understanding of how admissions tutors assess merit

Our role is to ensure that each student's application reflects this reality.

We do not offer generic editing services or volume-based application support. Instead, we provide measured, high-trust advisory, working closely with students to shape applications that are intellectually credible, authentic, and strategically aligned with competitive entry requirements.

Selective Intake

A deliberately limited number of students each UCAS cycle.

This allows us to:

Provide a level of attention that large agencies cannot replicate

Offer sustained, thoughtful guidance

Integrity and Outcomes

We do not guarantee university offers.

What we do guarantee is:

  • Honest guidance

  • Clear strategic advice

  • Professional standards aligned with UK education culture

Our success is measured not by promises, but by the strength, coherence, and integrity of each application submitted.
